A. Season Tickets
We collect information about you (name, address, car registration number(s)) when you make an application for a Car Park Season Ticket.
B. Landeez Wheelchairs
We collect a name and mobile telephone number(s) when you hire a Landeez wheelchair from the Beach Shop. This is necessary to complete the booking as we may need to contact you during your hire period, or if any issues arise regarding the return of our equipment.
C. Card Payments
All card receipts are stored securely on site and not passed on to any third party. Receipts contain only the last 4 digits of your card number and are used for the sole purpose of internal accounting.
D. Pulsar
Our car park system, Pulsar, holds information about your visit to Saunton Beach Car Park. This includes: dates and times of entry, payment amount, payment type (but not card details), registration plate, and your CCTV image. This information is held by a third party, Pulsar, and you can find the Pulsar privacy policy on their website. If you would like to view a copy of the date that Pulsar holds on you, please contact them directly.

E. Website usage information is collected using cookies. We use Google Analytics to for our own statistical analysis.
How information about you will be used
A. Season Tickets
The information provided to us in a season ticket application is transferred over to third party car parking system, Pulsar. It is necessary for us to pass this data on to Pulsar in order for you to gain entry to the car park using the ANPR system. You can find the Pulsar privacy policy on their website. If you would like to view a copy of the data that Pulsar holds on you, please contact them directly. Paper documents are stored securely onsite for future reference. Data held on paper may be altered or destroyed at your request.
B. Landeez Wheelchairs
It is necessary for us to hold your data to complete the booking. We may need to contact you during your hire period, or, if any issues arise regarding the return of our equipment.
C. Card Payments
Receipts are used for the sole purpose of internal accounting and stored in a secure location onsite. No card details or personal details are held in regard to card payments.
