Landeez Wheelchair
Saunton is currently the only beach in the North Devon to have a Landeez all terrain wheelchair. This wheelchair allows those who are less abled or disabled to have full enjoyment of the beach, as it is able to traverse all areas and to be used in the shallows of the sea. Easy to use and operate, it is available for hire on a half day, daily or weekly basis to suit you requirements. Advance booking is available and recommended during the summer period and school holidays. Suitable for adults and children alike, it really is a superb facility that we are proud to be able to offer and has completely changed our customers holiday experience. Car Parking
The Car Park at Saunton also has specifically allocated disabled parking spaces, and operates a discounted rate for blue badge holders. Once these car park spaces are full, every effort will be made by the car park attandants to find an alternative space that is suited to your requirements.
Access to the Beach
Access to the beach is via a gently sloping concreted slipway.
