Refund Policy

Saunton Beach aim to despatch your goods, subject to stock availability, within 2 working days of your order.

Every effort is made to ensure that you receive your order as quickly as possible. Although UK deliveries will arrive within 2 working days of despatch and international deliveries within 5 – 10 working days, we do as that you allow up to 28 days for delivery.

You, the Customer, have a 7 day ‘cooling off’ period from the day that you receive your goods, in which time you have the right to cancel and return your order, for a full refund including any original delivery costs.

To do this you should contact us.

We will need to receive the goods back in perfect condition, in the original packaging and suitable for resale.

Imperfect Goods

We take great care to ensure that your order is received in perfect condition, if however, this is not the case, then you must advise us immediately and we will give you the authorisation to proceed.

Where the claim is valid, we will replace or refund in full the value of the damaged/faulty goods and Saunton Beach will pay the cost of return delivery.
